Shipping is safe and reliable via Austrian Post to the delivery address you provide.
Delivery Times:
– Austria: 2–4 business days
– Germany: 3–7 business days
– EU countries: 5–14 business days
– International: 7–21 business days
The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment.
If there are any delays, I will inform you immediately by email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and are to be borne by the buyer.
Austria: from €1.00 depending on size and weight
Germany: from €1.40 depending on size and weight
EU countries: from €8.50 depending on size and weight
International: from €15.00 depending on size and weight
For orders of multiple products, shipping costs will be combined and calculated as low as possible.
Delivery Conditions
– Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
– Collection is not possible.
– If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to me, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Customs and Taxes
Deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
