Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, your little artistic creatures will also find a home outside of Austria. I currently ship within Austria, to the EU, and to selected countries worldwide. Please keep in mind: I'm not an Amazon machine, but a black cat who sleeps on my desk while I pack parcels. Some countries take a little longer – patience is always rewarded with genuine handcrafted items.

How long does shipping take?

Within Austria, it usually takes 3–5 business days after your package leaves the workshop. For other countries, it can take between 1–3 weeks, depending on the postal service and the moon's position. All orders are hand-packed by me, often in the evening or at night when the world goes quiet. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on its way.

Are the products really handmade?

Yes, everything here is created in quiet hours with genuine handcraft: Each motif is digitally drawn, adjusted, tested, and only then implemented as a print, sticker, or button. Each button is individually pressed, each sticker cut by hand, each print individually inspected and securely packaged. There is no mass production and no assembly lines—just art, coffee, and a black cat that oversees everything.

Can I have something personalized?

Maybe. Sometimes special requests work perfectly, sometimes not. If you have an idea, feel free to send me a message via Instagram or the contact form. Please understand that I may not be able to accommodate everything, but I listen to every request with an open mind.

What payment methods are available?

You can conveniently pay with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All payments are secure, fast, and easy—leaving you with more time for art and coffee. If you have any questions about payment or are missing something, please feel free to contact us. A solution will be found, usually faster than the blink of an eye.

My order arrived damaged, what now?

I'm very sorry about that. Even though I pack every parcel carefully, the post office can sometimes be careless. Please send me a photo of the damage and your order, and we'll find a solution together—be it a replacement or a refund. Even black cats have hearts.

Can I return my order?

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are possible if the products are unused and undamaged. Personalized products are excluded. Just write to me, and we'll work together to resolve the issue.

When will new products be available?

New designs are usually created here at night and then appear in the shop at some point. If you don't want to miss anything, you can follow me on Instagram [@il_gatto_nnero_art] – I share all the latest news there.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, there are gift vouchers for anyone who wants to give art as a gift, even if they can't decide. This way, everyone can choose their favorite piece without you having to guess. If you'd like to give a gift voucher, feel free to write to me or stop by the shop.

Are the colors like in the pictures?

I photograph and edit the product images to ensure they are as color-accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. The images usually look a little more beautiful in real life.

How do I care for my products?

Stickers are weatherproof, but don't like dishwashers. Art prints and postcards benefit from a frame or a place away from direct sunlight to ensure their colors last longer. Buttons are sturdy, but shouldn't be constantly banged against walls. Keychains bravely accompany you through everyday life, but don't like water baths or wild pocket fights. With a little love, your little works of art will stay by your side for a long time.

The easiest way is by email or on Instagram [@il_gatto_nero_art]. I answer messages as quickly as possible, but sometimes it takes a while because everything here is done by one person. Your message won't get lost—I read it, even if I'm busy packing packages or drawing.
